What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter


How to Make It

Step 1: Caramelise Bananas

Cook with butter and sugar until golden.

Step 2: Make Pancakes

Prepare batter and cook as usual.

Step 3: Assemble

Top pancakes with bananas and serve warm.
