Sometimes you just need a dessert you can make in minutes. That’s how these lava cakes were born. Soft sponge, gooey Nutella center, and ready in under 5 minutes. No one will guess they’re this quick.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Quick Tips

Mix dry and wet ingredients gently. Spoon batter into a mug, add Nutella in the center, microwave 60–90 seconds depending on wattage. Cake should be cooked on edges but molten inside.

Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream for café-style indulgence.

Nutella lava cakes feel fancy but are perfect for spontaneous cravings, solo indulgence, or a quick dessert fix.
